Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining CTC Media, Vyacheslav Murugov worked as a General Producer at the Art Pictures Studio, a major Russian film company with operations in the domestic and international markets.
Prior to joining Art Pictures Studio, from 2008 to 2014, Mr. Murugov served as Chief Content Officer of CTC Media and General Director of CTC channel.
Prior to that, he served as a Producer of entertainment shows and TV series at the CTC and REN TV channels.
During his career Mr. Murugov was the originator and producer of a large number of popular TV projects, including "Kukhnya," "Voroniny," “Molodezhka," "Ranetki," "Daddy's Girls," "Soldiers" and many others.
Mr. Murugov graduated from the Penza Artillery Engineering College. He is also a graduate of the High Courses of Scriptwriters and Film Directors. He has been awarded a number of prestigious TV industry honors, including 12 TEFI awards from the Russian Academy of Television and 5 awards from the Association of Film and Television Producers.

Chief of Organizational Development and Operational Business Efficiency
Svetlana Fefilova was appointed Chief of Organizational Development and Operational Efficiency in June 2016.
From April to June 2016 she worked as deputy chief in a subsidiary company, GPM Match. GPM Match owns Match TV, 12 other thematic channels and online portal Sportbox. While there, Svetlana oversaw financial management, human resources, corporate development and legal matters, business processes automation and procedures. Before that, she was CEO in ProfMedia Business Solutions, Executive Vice-President in ProfMedia TV and Financial Director in ProfMedia Broadcasting Corporation. From 1993 to 2006 Svetlana worked in the telecommunications industry, where she began her career as an engineer, and eventually became a board member of Artelecom (located in Arkhangelsk) and Southern Telecom.
Svetlana is a Skolkovo Management Modular Program graduate.
Chief Broadcasting Officer
Sergey Petrov was appointed as Chief Broadcasting Officer in September 2012.
Mr. Petrov joined СTC Media in 1995 as General Director of CTC Channel in Kazan (Channel 6). In 1998, Mr. Petrov was appointed Director of New Stations Department, then – Director of Department of Network Development and External Relations, and in a year – Director of CTC Sales Department.
Under Sergey Petrov's leadership, one of the strongest sales department in the Russian television market was developed and the trade alliance with Video International was strengthened. In 2006, Mr. Petrov was appointed as General Director of CTC-Region and Marathon-TV. In 2008, the new structure was created as a result of the organizational restructuring within СTC Media and Mr. Petrov became Director of Regional Development. In 2009, the function headed by Sergey Petrov was renamed into Russian Broadcasting Division. Since 2012 he is also responsible for CTC Media’s broadcasting operations in the CIS.
Mr. Petrov graduated from Kazan State Technical University.
Mr. Petrov is a Member of the Russian Television Academy since 2007. He is a Vice President of the National Association of Broadcasters, "Russia’s Media Manager 2012" award winner in Media Holdings category, and a member of Expert advisory of mass communication under Federal service of communication, informational technologies and mass communication supervision (Roscomnadzor).
In 2013 CTC Media took an active part in creating the non-profit partnership of assistance to development of media-communications “Media-Communication Union” (the “MCU”). Mr. Petrov was elected the “MCU” Chairman of the Board
Chief of Strategic Development
Alexander Kostyuk was appointed as Chief of Strategic Development in July 2016.
Previously, he was the Head of the Joint Industry Committee on TV audience measurement, which was created by the leading market broadcasters to organize a tendering process for TV audience measurement. Before that, Alexander was Deputy Chief of Vi Company, where he was responsible for strategy development as well as international assets.
Alexander also held various management positions in TNS Company for 15 years. He started his career in the media sector in 1994 in the advertising department of VID.
Alexander graduated from the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law.
Chief Commercial Officer, Head of the in-house advertising sales agency EvereST-S
Alexey Tolstogan has been the head of the in-house ad sales agency EvereST-S since February, 2016. Mr. Tolstogan has been working for CTC Media for over 13 years. Alexey took an active part in development of the in-house ad sales agency, responsible for sales of the advertising inventory on all СTC Media resources. Alexey and his team participated in design and implementation of new advertising formats on Russian TV, as well as in execution of out-of-the-box solutions in the field of classic TV advertising, sponsorship, special and transmedia projects.
Prior to his appointment as Head of EvereST-S as well as Chief Commercial Officer of CTC Media, Alexey at different times worked as Key Accounts Manager, Head of Key Accounts Sales Department and served as Director of Sales Department of EvereST-S.
Mr. Tolstogan graduated from Moscow State University of Management.
Alexey Tolstogan is an award holder and a nominee of a number of prestigious Russian media business prizes, including Russian media manager award in 2013, multiple awards from the Rating of Young Russian Media Managers. Ranks among Top 100 commercial directors of Russian Federation according to Kommersant Publishing House.
Chief of Content Management
Irina Varlamova was appointed as Chief of Content Management in September 2016.
Irina is in charge of content production and procurement, pre-air preparations and airing service in the Company.
Ms. Varlamova joined CTC Media in June 2016 as an Executive Producer of CTC channel.
Irina Varlamova is a highly experienced professional on Russian TV. Prior to joining CTC Media, she worked as a General Director of Ren TV channel, served as Executive Producer at Art Pictures Group. Before that Irina advanced in her career from editor-in-chief, manager of special projects Department to Executive Producer. Ms. Varlamova also held a position of Executive Producer at a series production company Lean-M.
Irina graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute.
Daria Leygonie Fialko
Head of CTC channel
Daria Leygonie Fialko joined CTC Media as Head of CTC channel in September, 2016.
Ms. Leygonie Fialko is responsible for content production, programming, development and promotion of the CTC channel.
Before joining CTC Media, Ms. Leygonie Fialko was the Head of TV-3 channel, which demonstrated significant growth of profit margin and audience share.
Daria Leygonie Fialko has been working in the industry since 1997. At different times she worked as General Producer of Star Media’s TV projects and held various positions at “1+1” channel (Ukraine).
Daria graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2006, she acquired her MBA from International Institute of Management.
Head of Domashniy channel
Marina Khripunova was appointed Head of Domashniy channel in July 2016. In addition, she works as temporary Head of the CTC Love channel.
Formerly, Marina Khripunova held the position of Programming Director of Domashniy and CTC Love channels. Prior to that, she worked on M1 TV channel which served as a basis for Domashniy channel.
Ms. Khripunova has been working in CTC Media for over 10 years. She actively participated each in the launch and in the further development of Domashniy, that has been demonstrating a stable audience growth over the last years.
Marina graduated from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (Faculty of Economics) as a manager in cinema and TV industries.
Head of Che Channel
Lev Makarov was appointed Head of Che channel in September, 2016.
Mr. Makarov is responsible for all aspects related to the channel management.
Prior to joining CTC Media, Lev Makarov was the Head of 2Х2 channel, which became one of the most outstanding channels in the country.
Lev Makarov graduated from the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2011-2015, he was an award holder from the Rating of Young Russian Media Managers.
Chief Financial Officer
Pavel Sadchikov was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2016.
Pavel has been working in financial management for 15 years, including 10 years in the media sector. Prior to joining CTC Media, he was for 6 years Director of Economic Affairs and Finance in the National Media Group and, before that, held a number of key positions in the Finance Department at Ren TV Channel.
He graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and IT. He is also a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics.
Chief Legal officer
Andrey Titov joined the team of CTC Media in September, 2016 as Chief Legal Officer.
Andrey is engaged in providing comprehensive legal support for the Company's activities.
Mr. Titov has 12 + years of experience in legal services for TV companies, as well as production and distribution companies. Prior to joining CTC Media he was heading legal offices in the following companies: NTV, CTC Media, Sony Pictures Television where he was responsible for the company’s legal support and business development of such segments as rights and formats distribution, production of audio-visual products.
