Vision

Our company is one of the largest commercial television broadcasters in Russia that airs targeted entertainment programming. We operate three networks, the CTC Network, the Domashny Network and the DTV Network which reach approximately 100 million, 64 million and 58 million people in Russia, respectively. Although still a young business, we are recognized as a market innovator and we have established our reputation as one of Russia’s leading independent TV networks.

The Russian TV market has continued to grow strongly over the past several years and our entertainment based programming strategy contributed to an increase in our overall audience share during that time. We are proud that the CTC Network is the fourth-most watched channel in Russia. Other important developments are the launch, in March 2005, of our second nationwide network, Domashny and the purchase in April 2008 the nationwide network, DTV.

Central to our success is the focus CTC Media has on pure entertainment programming. We need to make sure we stay in touch with the tastes and preferences of our target audiences and continue to air high quality Russian language content. Providing the right balance of Russian and foreign programming is critical to growing and retaining our audiences.

Russia has the largest potential viewing audience of any country in Europe. CTC Media intends to continue to attract viewers to its networks and to strengthen its position as a leading platform for television advertising.
