TV Station Groups

CTC Media owns and operates affiliate stations in significant markets throughout Russia. These owned-and-operated affiliate stations comprise the CTC, Domashny and DTV Television Station Groups. The stations serve as the backbone for the broadcasting of CTC, Domashny and DTV programming.

The Television Station Groups comprise 38 owned-and-operated television stations in some of Russia’s largest cities — Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Kazan, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok, Omsk, Voronezh, Tver, Volgograd and others, and a number of repeater transmitters in cities with populations of less than 1 million.

Owned-and-operated television stations are strategically positioned to capture Russia’s largest regional markets and secure the company’s position in key cities where audiences are measured.
